Lillias is one of a trio of Westcott wines named after legendary women (for better or worse) who lived life on their terms (Westcott also has a a rosé called Delphine and sparkling called Violette). Lillias refers to Lillias Massey, the one-time Chatelaine of Rideau Hall and socialite of the 1950’s.

Bright with racy acidity, Lillias is Westcott’s unoaked Chardonnay. Done in a Chablis-esque style with flavours of mineral, green apple, and lime citrus, this is a perfect year-round drinking wine to pair with fresh oyster and migonette sauce, pan seared scallops or roast pork tenderloin.
